Mon parcours immobilier a commencé quand
Je suis tombée amoureuse de l’immobilier lorsque j’ai acheté ma première maison à 7 mois de grossesse. Mon mari et moi traversions le processus d’achat de notre première maison, et nous avons eu la chance d’être guidés par un courtier fantastique. L’excitation et les défis de ce parcours ont éveillé une passion en moi, et l’idée de vivre cela au quotidien m’a inspirée à faire de l’immobilier ma carrière. Depuis 2017, je reste aussi passionnée, aidant les familles et les particuliers à naviguer dans leurs parcours immobiliers avec guidance et soutien

Holly Manderson and her assistant Luca absolutely exceeded our expectations in our successful search for a home. I highly recommend them for those looking for a home in the West Island, and especially the Ile Perrot, Pincourt areas. We were looking to purchase a house for my mother that was reasonably priced and located close to the Island. In spite of a challenging market, Holly impressed us by the way she quickly organized visits, provided insights and remained positive throughout the process. When choosing a real estate broker, one is always concerned about whether they're dealing with someone who has their interest at heart. With Holly you can be assured of the utmost professionalism. She doesn't try to push you to buy something that doesn't suit your needs. She is very quick when comes time to setup visits and provide responses in the negotiation process. She understands real estate and advised us on fair pricing, and once our offer was accepted she provided us with a list of competent professionals throughout the process of meeting the purchase conditions (inspections, etc). And the most important is that she always maintained a positive and supportive attitude which really helped because buying a home can be quite stressful and tiring.
We have nothing but positive things to say about Holly and Luca and recommend them without reservation. Basically, they personify the best of what the real estate profession provides.

We'd been searching for a place to buy and call our own for a while. We didn't think we'd find a place until we got referred to Holly and her team.
Holly really puts in the work to provide an easy experience to finding the right place for you. She's polite, professional and she's got your back. She's there for you and wants to find your dream home together.
There was one place we visited that just sucked the joy from you. We all felt it and she didn't push; Holly encouraged us to keep looking for better.
We had so many questions and she'd answer them all and pretty much laid everything out for us. She's very resourceful and her referrals made our lives easier and stress-less.
