Holly Manderson and her assistant Luca absolutely exceeded our expectations in our successful search for a home. I highly recommend them for those looking for a home in the West Island, and especially the Ile Perrot, Pincourt areas. We were looking to purchase a house for my mother that was reasonably priced and located close to the Island. In spite of a challenging market, Holly impressed us by the way she quickly organized visits, provided insights and remained positive throughout the process. When choosing a real estate broker, one is always concerned about whether they're dealing with someone who has their interest at heart. With Holly you can be assured of the utmost professionalism. She doesn't try to push you to buy something that doesn't suit your needs. She is very quick when comes time to setup visits and provide responses in the negotiation process. She understands real estate and advised us on fair pricing, and once our offer was accepted she provided us with a list of competent professionals throughout the process of meeting the purchase conditions (inspections, etc). And the most important is that she always maintained a positive and supportive attitude which really helped because buying a home can be quite stressful and tiring.
